IRCC is testing a new application for certain permanent immigration programs, including family sponsorships. IRCC is currently in the process of sending up to 30,000 additional invitations to potential sponsors who have already submitted an interest form for parent and grandparent sponsorship in 2020. If this is your case, keep an eye on your email inbox!
